I am Syed Abdullah Saheb Retd. Dy.Manager State Bank of India. While working as Accountant at SBI Achampet ADB I have purchased 3 NSC's on 23.3.2010 of Rs.10000(2) and Rs5000(1) which have been matured on 23.3.2016.As the said NSC's were transferred as security to SBI Achampet, I have sent them to SBI Achampet through SBI Tolickowki Hyderabad where I am having my pension account requesting them to sent the same to Post Office and after the payment is received it may be credited to my account. The Bank people have sent the same to Post 0ffice but the post master is delaying the payment with the reason that cheque has to be issued and it has to be sent to wanaparthy post office for issue of cheque as the amount exceeds 2oooo.This is going on for the last 15 days and regularly I am contacting the sub post master Achampet for early payment. Today also I contacted him but he is not in a mood to listen me to sort out the issue. Instead he told me to make a complaint against him if I want. This is the way a senior citizen is being harassed by your staff. I am urgently in need of money. Hence I request you to direct your sub post master to settle the issue immediately and issue the cheque so that the amount may be credited to my account.
